We offer high-end full suspension mountain bike rentals and bike tours all throughout Santa Barbara, front and back country. We’ll take you to some of the local mountain biking hot spots in Santa Barbara, Montecito, Goleta, and Santa Ynez. Our tour guides are not only amazing riders, but know the terrain inside and out. Their skills and knowledge will help ensure you stay safe, don’t get lost, and have a great time! Current tours range from the leisurely family ride along bluffs overlooking the ocean, to gasping fire road climbs and exhilarating, technical single-track downhill rides, for which Santa Barbara is known for. We’ll customize any bike ride for you, or if you just want a bike rental we’ll deliver it to you and help point you to the right trails or parks in Santa Barbara. Here are some of our current adventure tours: |
DescriptionMiles of hard-pack dirt paths meander atop the Santa Barbara bluffs. Enveloped by Eucalyptus trees on a relatively flat preserve, this tour is a great way to warm the legs while riding right along the beach. Perfect for families and taking in the outdoors of Santa Barbara! |
DescriptionThe largest privately funded park in America, with it’s twisting single track and locally made slalom course, Eling’s is perfect for begginer and intermediate riders to hone in their techical skills while improving finess. Great Views of Santa Barbara and the Channel Islands on a clear day! |
DescriptionThis intermidiate/advanced ride starts on rocky fire road and climbs 2500ft. The back-country and ocean views are incredible. And with two options for return, the downhill accomadates both elite and the more tentative riders. |
DescriptionI love this trail! This is eight miles of mountain bike madness: jumps, roots, rock climbs/rock stairs, wood stairs, switch backs, creek sections, views, technical, technical, technical, and all rideable if you’re made of steel. |
DescriptionThis is the Romero ride on juice. 2500ft climb, then another mile of challening single track. Follow that with a road climb before decending 3000 of some of the most radical feet around. If you’re not DONE by the end, we have a few tricks up our sleeve to complete this adventure. |
DescriptionThis local favorite starts with a 1200ft road climb before dropping into some of Santa Barbara’s best single track. A winding descent is met by a mild climb–more climb, more decent. Beware of the hot-spring water pipes, but it you’re good let your rear tire whip out for a tail slide. Finish off with views of the ocean on a flat, winding road. |
DescriptionThis ride will change your life; two rides for a bargain price and a brew brake at Cold Springs Tavern. Begin this trek at Lizard’s Mouth and a fire road decent that leads into rolling climbs. The main decent at Tequepis is not the most technical in town, but with its back country views of Cachuma Lake and long, winding shady-single track, it’s a perfect appetizer for Cold Springs Tavern. Have a beverage and bite and then a shuttle run to Knapps Castle–sandstone ruins, jumps, fast fire road and single track to the bottom. We’ll be waiting to load your bikes and escort you back to town. |
